The world builder, a fixed money supply, and islands of every size

Until this week a world was one of four fixed templates, fine for testing and no way to start a real game. The console and the series form now share a world builder: a ruleset is the default world, and every field left blank stays the ruleset's own, while every field filled becomes an override recorded in the world's template.

Islands come in classes now: rocks for remote mining, small frontier islands, standard ones, and great islands poor in everything but land and forest. The creator sets the mix; the generator draws each site's class from its own stream so the kernel and the map agree.

Money no longer appears from nothing each tick. The Charterhouse holds the supply and mints a little at a set rate; every player starts with a grant from it, and the only way to more coin is trade with the house. The Trade tab on the play surface is the counter.
